Bobby & Sandy Webb
Pastor Bobby has been in ministry for more than 30 years. After feeling the call of God in his teens, he devoted his life to the work of the Lord through singing, teaching, and preaching the Gospel.
He is a gifted and, most importantly, anointed worship leader and singer. He has recorded three projects over the years and enjoys sharing his music in churches and conferences anytime there is an opportunity.
He serves as Presiding Bishop and Lead Pastor at Vision United Worship Center, and as Overseeing Bishop for several ministers and for Vision United Worship Center in Bristol, Tennessee. He has ministered abroad and is a strong supporter of missions both at home and internationally.
Pastor Bobby believes he has been given a mandate by God to pastor and plant churches, and that his ministry is anointed to encourage, inspire, and challenge God’s people.
First Lady Sandy Webb
For more than thirty years, Sandy has stood beside our Bishop and carried the vision of this house in the place where it is truly carried — in prayer. What has been built here rests on years of her intercession, and on the seasoned wisdom she brings to church leadership, where her counsel has shaped decisions at every level.
She is a mother to far more people than the children she raised. A word after service, a conversation in the hallway, a truth spoken at exactly the right moment — countless people in this church can trace a turning point in their lives back to something Sandy said to them.
Much of what she does is never seen from a platform. It is felt in the atmosphere of this house, and in the people who are still standing because she prayed.
37 years married
Married 37 years, and in ministry together for every one of them.
A forever home to 13
Alongside their biological daughter, they have fostered hundreds of children and became the forever family of thirteen. Several of them now serve right alongside them in the ministry.
27 grandchildren
Their family has grown to twenty-seven grandchildren.
The leaders serving this house
Glen & Rita Miller
Pastor Glen brings years of senior pastoral experience and an extensive, successful background in counseling and recovery ministry. Serving under the leadership of our Presiding Bishop and Lead Pastor, he ministers the Word from the pulpit and provides counseling, and he and Pastor Rita lead our Celebrate Your Freedom ministry.
He carries the same vision our Bishop carries: to unite churches across every race and ethnicity for the advancement of the Kingdom.
Adam Gallipeau
Pastor Adam is instrumental in carrying the vision God has placed in our Bishop’s heart for this house. Every ministry of the church flows under his direct leadership, and his gift for organization helps keep each one operating effectively and in unity.
Hearing the Bishop’s heart to unite ministries and churches across this region, he organized and now leads our ministerial alliance, bringing pastors and ministries together every month to further the Kingdom of God and bring encouragement to those serving in ministry.
His wife, Diane, leads our Creative Arts ministry and focuses much of her attention on the dance ministry, which has been impactful in touching many lives.
Brittany & Abe El Assal
Brittany and Abe serve this house in more ways than most people see on a Sunday. Brittany comes from a strong heritage of ministry and has served under our Bishop’s leadership since the very foundation of Vision United Worship Center.
Working closely with our Executive Pastor, they serve together as our Judah Kidz Pastors on Sunday mornings and as interim pastors of Judah Student Ministries, pouring into the next generation of this church.
Brittany is also a gifted worship leader who leads our worship team alongside her father, and Abe serves faithfully with our audio and visual ministry.

Grief is one of the most universal human experiences and one of the least understood. Loss can leave people broken, confused, isolated, and wondering where God is in the middle of the pain.
Written out of prayer, tears, Scripture, and pastoral experience, this book is for those who have known pain, those searching for answers, and those who need reminding that even in the darkest seasons God is still present, still faithful, and still the giver of true joy.
